An excellent strength-to-weight ration makes these strong, light-weigth aluminum bar clamps perfect for both commercial and do-it-yourself applications. Anodized aluminum bars are rust resistant and conveniently notched at one-inch increments to allows easy pre-positioning of the tail-stops. Rectangular design makes for a stable clamping surface for edge gluing.
Clamping faces - approximately 1-5/8" square.
Bar - 1-5/16" x 1316" extruded aluminum, U-shaped channel, anodized and notched on 1" centers.
Castings - light-weight aluminum alloy and malleable and/or ductile iron; pwoder coated orange finish.
Screw - 1/2" diameter smoothly cut Acme threads; steel sliding-pin handle.
Tail-stop - trigger-spring type.
Style 3500 also available with deep reach jaws. Jaws are 3-3/4" height and 1-3/4" width. Load limit is 1,000 lbs. Request individual stock numbers by adding - DR.
