The Tile Pro I Automatic Edging System is designed for fast, precise profiling of granite, marble and porcelain tiles up to 18” square and 1” thick. Simply by inserting the tile into the transporter and tightening the cam locks the top surface contacts a precision reference surface. This will produce a perfect edge, regardless of the thickness of the tile. This eliminates the gauging of each tile before processing. The transporter is then pulled by a conveyor past the bit, matching the adjustable speed control with the hardness of the material. Uniformity of pull assures precision edges by any operator. Normal transport speed is adjustable up to 1” per second. A 12” x 12” marble tile can be profiled in approximately 12 to 15 seconds, harder materials may require more time.

The system is available standard with a 3/8” radius bit only or with a double duty Bevel/Eased bit and coolant container. The container may also be purchased separately.
