The Tile Pro V Automatic Edging System is a
self contained, precise, shaping system designed
to automatically profile and finish stone or porcelain
tile 1/4” to 3/4” thick and up to 24” in length. The ease of operation allows accurate edging
by almost any operator. Production can exceed 2 feet per minute but varies with the hardness
of the material.
- Automatic, variable speed conveyor system
- BITS: Bevel (1), Bevel/eased bit coarse (2), Medium (1), Fine (1)
- Transporters (4 ea 12”, 4 ea 12/18”, 2 ea 24”)
- Water recycling containers, pump, coolant distribution system,
