Terms of Sale

ORDERS All orders placed by visitors to this site or by phone are subject to approval by Federal Saw and Tool. We reserve the right to refuse an order placed on this site with or without notice. Orders placed on account or by Purchase Order may be held until verification from an authorized agent of your company can be notified, and approval obtained.


Orders being shipped within the state of Florida will have sales tax added, unless a current sales tax exemption form is on file in our office.


Every attempt has been made to verify accurate pricing on this web site, however, mistakes can happen, and Federal Saw and Tool will do its best to honor orders at the prices shown when ordered through our web site. Call-in and/or walk-in store pricing along with accounts with terms are higher to offset costs incurred by Federal Saw & Tool Companies, Inc. in administering to said orders. It may be necessary in some instances to notify you if we can not honor a price, giving you the option to cancel or accept the new price. Prices do not include sales tax or delivery charges. These will appear as separate line items.


We make every attempt to ship within 1 business day via UPS, and add the appropriate shipping and handling charges to the order.


All orders placed on this website or by calling us directly are considered to be a contract between the customer and Federal Saw and Tool. Internet orders and phone orders are to be prepaid by credit or debit cards and will be subject to funds verification prior to the order being filled. COD orders will not be accepted.


Orders for special goods, not normally carried in stock, cannot be cancelled without first securing our permission. Our terms of cancellation will be based upon terms we receive from the manufacturer. Federal Saw and Tool cannot guarantee a specific delivery date on special items.


Federal Saw and Tool will not accept any merchandise returns without our authorization. Requests for returns should be made within five days of our delivery. Material must be in saleable condition, in its original container, returned prepaid, and will be subject to inspection by us upon receipt. Special order, non-stock items cannot not be returned. When goods are returned because of our error, we will correct the error as promptly as possible. If the cause is not ours or our supplier’s, we reserve the right to assess a 20% charge for handling, return freight, and restocking the merchandise.


We maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) supplied by the manufacturers of products which have been identified as hazardous materials. MSDS sheets are supplied with the original purchase of hazardous materials. If you need additional MSDS sheets, ask for “Sales”. Special Note: Prior approval is required on return of All hazardous materials.
